Personal Data
Cuisinio collects and stores certain information about visitors regarding the use of this website, such as the date and time of your visit, the type of browser, browser language, the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer you used, the number of visits, which pages and subpages were previously visited, and the duration of the user session. We use Google Analytics for this purpose.
Cuisinio does not collect or store personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or similar details), unless you choose to provide this information voluntarily and explicitly.
Cookies
This information is collected through the use of cookies. A cookie is a text file that is stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Our cookies do not contain information that can be traced back to an individual.
Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to prevent this. Cuisin Order Extension (Chrome extension)
The Cuisin Order Extension is a browser extension for WhatsApp Web that lets Cuisin suppliers create an order in the Cuisin system directly from a WhatsApp message.
Data the extension stores
The extension stores your username, password and your Cuisin supplier ID locally in your Chrome browser (via Chrome's built-in "storage" API). This data is only used to authenticate with the Cuisin ordering system and is synced through your own Google account, in line with Chrome's standard extension storage behavior. It is not sent to Cuisinio outside of the authentication requests described below.
Data the extension processes
When you use the extension to create an order, it reads the text and (where available) the phone number of the WhatsApp message you selected, and sends this together with your stored credentials to Cuisinio's ordering endpoint (cuisinio-supplier.mendixcloud.com) over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, in order to create the order. This message content is not stored by the extension itself; it is only held in memory for the duration of that single request.
Sharing with third parties
Data processed by the extension is only sent to Cuisinio's own backend to create the order. It is not shared with any other third party.
Logging and analytics
The extension does not contain any logging, monitoring, tracking or analytics functionality.
